Block Drafts

Together, the hood and wings of the sheet create a draft shield. Attaching your quilt to the draft shield keeps it "tucked" at your sides to block drafts and guides the corners of the quilt into the hood to seal in warmth around your neck and shoulders.
Eliminate Constriction

The wings of the draft shield function as hinges, allowing the quilt to expand and settle naturally. This unique design gives you space when you need it and the ability to wrap the quilt snuggly around you.

It works great by itself to keep my pillow from slipping away, but I really love being able to clip my quilt into either side of the sheet and still open it up for ventilation. It’s a great sleep system.

Mistakes were made, but Zenbivy was the right choice for warmth and versatility.

I’m totally happy with my purchase. I’m just building my first backpacking setup. Spent a few months researching sleep systems through backpacking gear reviews on YouTube and blogs. I needed something lightweight, warm, affordable, and easy to move around in. I liked the idea of a Zenbivy quilt. The holiday sale met my budget, the fill powder and design fulfilled the rest. I sleep cold with frozen feet, but menopause means also being unpredictably hot. Zenbivy Light Bed has the answer to warmth and versatility. I can easily vent heat by tossing a leg out the side and still have ample quilt coverage that I can’t easily do with a narrower mummy bag!
This quilt is well made.The fixtures are small but not fussy as I thought they might be. I have the convertible foot box that allows a flat layout. The down loft is more than I expected and the fabric soft and quite comfortable. It compresses nicely in my 55L pack. That brings me to the 2 mistakes I made and great customer service experience that corrected one of them.
I originally ordered a light bed 25° but had buyers regret - fear it might not be warm enough for me. My thinking is you can always cool off in cold weather, but can’t get any warmer. I emailed customer service hoping to catch the order before it was filled to avoid wasted shipping and asked if I could update to a warmer Light Bed 10°. A hale Mary quest considering the quick delivery timeline, but I received good news in a prompt reply from Elliot, who notified the warehouse and sent me a supplemental invoice. As for the other mistake? It has nothing to do with Zenbivy. The design of sleeping pad I bought at my local sporting goods shop is good for car camping but not ideal for hiking the backcountry. It is too bulky too heavy for my backpack.
