Zenbivy branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
What is covered under warranty... and what's not
If a Zenbivy branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Zenbivy’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Zenbivy-branded, even if packaged or sold with Zenbivy products. Non-Zenbivy-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.
How to request a repair:
To request a repair, whether covered under warranty or otherwise, please send us an email email@example.com your name, order number, description of the defect/damage, and a photo of the area in need of repair.
Who pays shipping for repairs?
For repairs covered under warranty, we will provide you with a prepaid label to ship the item to us. We will repair it and ship it back to you without charge. If we decide that replacement is necessary, that new item will ship free.
For repairs NOT covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping* the item to us. A fee will be charged for return shipping as well as the cost of the repair itself, which we will provide a quote for prior to you sending the item in.
*We strongly urge opting for tracking information as Zenbivy is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
