Zenbivy Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your new gear, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, and returned in the same condition as received.

All original tags, packaging, and included accessories (storage bags, repair kits, etc) must be returned. Missing accessories may be deducted from your refund.

Returns will be rejected if sewn-in law tags are cut off or removed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any return received damaged, dirty, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. We will contact you to provide photos and, at our discretion, either return the item to you or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

If an item arrives to you damaged or defective, it must be reported within the return window. A claim can be filed here.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping
US customers: If you opted into Checkout+, a return label will be provided to you at the end of the return submission process free of charge. If you did not opt into Checkout+, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds
Returns are processed within 3-10 business days from date of arrival at our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive an email with confirmation that your refund has been issued. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of us issuing it, please check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Otherwise, email us at orders@zenbivy.com

Sale items
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Zenbivy Pro purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
