How do I receive pro pricing?

You must first apply for membership to the pro program. Next, you will receive a “Welcome Letter” that contains your pro discount code.  At that point, you can add your desired items to your cart and your pro discount will be reflected.

What is expected from our pro members?

In exchange for the discount on our gear, Zenbivy expects members of the pro community to appropriately promote our gear. That promotion can come in the form of an instagram post reviewing our gear using #zenbivy and @zenbivy, Facebook, your brand's site, Google, or your blog.

Where can I find my log-in details?

Utilize the “Password Help” function during the Login to your Zenbivy account. If you do not have success retrieving your details, please contact us at friends@zenbivy.com

Can I purchase a gift for someone with my discount?

No. Your account is for your use only. Any purchasing of gifts will result in the immediate cancellation of your pro status with Zenbivy.

Can I apply for the program if I work internationally?

    Sure!

    How do I make a pro return/repair?

Pro purchases cannot be returned for refund! You can return new Zenbivy products for size exchange as long as they are unused, with the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Requests for exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase. You pay return shipping costs. To complete your exchange request, click here.

I have comments to make about your products, where may I send them?

We love to hear feedback from our pros! Submit reviews, via our “reviews section” found on every product page. Submit pictures and/or video via the friends@zenbivy.com email.

We also have a photography driven Instafeed which is a great place to tell your story or comment on our products. Comments may be added to any posts, and photos can be submitted using the #zenbivy hashtag. New post ideas should be submitted to friends@zenbivy.com

How do I know when to reapply?

Your expiration date is on your “Welcome Letter” email, and we will send out a notification email to let you know when it is time for you to renew. Please make sure to supply us with all the info we ask for, as our pro qualifications may change annually.

Do you have a Pro warranty?

The standard Zenbivy warranty also applies to all our all our products purchased by a pro. Zenbivy branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a Zenbivy branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Zenbivy’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Zenbviy-branded, even if packaged or sold with Zenbivy products. Non-Zenbivy-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.

What are the Pro Program guidelines?

    • Your pro account is for you and meant to outfit you for the work that you do. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others. If someone admires your Zenbivy gear (clients, friends or family), please refer them to our Zenbivy.com
    • You must make all purchases; your spouse (or anyone else) cannot place orders for you. Exceptions may apply if approved by the pro team.
    • Exchanges and returns must always be processed using the guidelines listed above.
    • Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect.
