Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend for you. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit. Please note that the chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper, you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy Bed because it is always free to wrap snugly around you. Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm. Questions? We're happy to help. Send us an email with your height, weight, and general sleep style and we'll help you find the right size for you.

All-Season Warmth - Only mattresses with an R-value 5 or greater will meet the thermal performance of EN-rated sleeping bags. Most mattresses on the market today that are advertised as “3-season” do not provide the warmth required to match EN-rated bags. The Zenbivy Light Mattress has an R-value 5+ for EN-matched performance and all-season warmth: no cold spots.
Quiet Comfort - No crinkly chip bag sounds here! With 180g of fully baffled synthetic insulation, the Zenbivy Light Mattress is quiet and built for undisturbed sleep.
Fast Inflation - The included oversized dry sack is sized perfectly for the fastest inflation time and doubles as fully-welded storage to keep the mattress reliably dry on the trail.
Smart Valve - The one-way reversible valve keeps air in while inflating and allows for customizable comfort with its slow-deflation "button”. When it's time to pack up, the entire valve pops out for instant, hassle-free deflation.
Light and Soft - The soft 20d polyester taffeta shell is comfortable enough to sleep on directly while still being durable and lightweight, making it the ideal mattress for backcountry trips.
R-value: 5+ (Note that only mattresses with R-value 5 or greater will deliver full temperature rating performance from EN-rated sleeping bags)
Weight: 20x72: 1 lb 5 oz (0.59 kg) 25x77: 1 lb 9 oz (0.76 kg) Inflated Size: 20x72: 20” x 72” x 3” (51 x 182 x 8cm) 25x77: 25” x 77” x 3” (63 x 196 x 8cm) Packed size: 20x72: 7” x 4” (18 x 10cm) 25x77: 9” x 4.5” (23 x 11cm) Included Inflation Dry Sack size: 20x72: Small (dia.16.5x59 cm) 25x77: Small (dia.16.5x59 cm)
180g of fully-baffled insulation is considered excessive when compared to most air mattresses but actually it's the minimum required to achieve R-value 5+, allowing you to get full EN rated performance from your sleeping bag.
When in "inflate" mode, the valve keeps the air in while you're working to inflate it and allows for customizable comfort with its slow-deflation feature. When it's time to pack up, the entire valve pops out completely for fast, hassle-free deflation. Then flip the valve over to "deflate" mode, snap it back in, and the air stays out as you continue to roll.
Long gone are the lightheaded days of blowing up your mattress by breath. The Light Mattress comes with a fully-welded Inflation Dry Sack for waterproof storage and easy manual inflation in under a minute.

Took the mattress on an 8-day backpacking trip in Colorado's Mummy Range. Small, lightweight, easy to blow up, warm and comfortable. Problem - halfway through the trip it developed a leak. I dont trust air mattresses so I exercised great care to avoid leaks. I didn't overfill it, I protected it by laying it on top of a Ridgrest pad, I didn't kneel on it or toss gear on it, I rolled it up on the Ridgerest, packed it in the stuff sack, and packed it carefully in the pack - but it still developed a leak. Finally found the pin hole at home and repaired it. Thankfully, I had a back-up pad. Hoping it was a fluke and that the mattress isnt that fragile. Great mattress, so I hope I come to trust it. The rest of the system worked great.
I took this out to the sierra nevadas for the first time last night and it slowly leaked air all night. Had to get up to reinflate it 4 times throughout the night. Slept horribly, extremely uncomfortable and got no rest. Super disappointed with how expensive the sleep system is.
So sorry to hear you had issues with your Light Mattress! A slow leak would either be caused by an unfortunate pinhole puncture (like from a thorn) or it could possibly be caused by a defect, of course. Send us an email at email@example.com and we'll help get you back up and running. Thanks so much!
Comfort in the Woods
Great mattress! Upgraded from and old ThermoRest. The mattress is amazingly comfortable, and EZ to inflate and deflate. I have put your air inflating air bag away. Was unable to get it to function via ambient air or being able to fill with air from my lungs. My inflation process is EZ, merely remove the inflating valve, exhale a few times, and magic the mattress is inflated. Deflation was very EZ, remove the valve, and fold over a few times and it is ready for the next outing. Super Product!
Extremely comfortable and warm for a chronically cold sleeper. Takes about 15 bags of air to inflate so not slow but not quick either. I little bigger and heavier then my other pads but worth the weight for the comfort to me.
