The sheet is sized to fit your mattress and the quilt is sized to fit you.
Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit.The chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper (i.e. someone that moves around a lot), you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because it is always free to wrap snuggly around you.Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.

The versatile, minimalist design of a backpacking quilt makes it an ideal choice for anyone wanting to reduce the weight and bulk of their sleep system. The zipperless Zenbivy Light Quilt is lightweight and compact but prioritizes both comfort and adaptability. Between our super soft 20d fabric, draft-free zipper-less foot box, carefully engineered baffle system, and pure semi-rectangular shape, we’re certain our Light Quilt is not only the most versatile quilt on the market but the most comfortable as well. Premium 800 fill-power HyperDRY™ down rounds out the package and delivers a final quilt that is weight competitive with much more expensive offerings while delivering on Zenbivy’s promise of maximum comfort.
Includes the Light Quilt and a large mesh bag for long-term storage. Sheet, mattress, and accessories sold separately.
Zipperless Versatility — Our Light Quilts are offered in two styles: Fast Footbox™ or Convertible Footbox. The Fast Footbox™ is our simplest, lightest, and quickest. With a single clip and minimal fuss, it easily converts from warm “mummy mode” to spacious “wide mode”. In addition to both mummy and wide modes, our Convertible Footbox also unclips to lay completely flat. The Convertible Footbox provides maximum versatility in warmer temperatures and when used with accessories.
The Kylie-curve™ — The patent-pending Kylie-curve™ is a 3/4 length baffle-backed drawstring on the top edge of our quilts. Unlike traditional backpacking quilts that have a drawstring spanning the entire width, the shortened cord length on the Zenbivy quilt cinches only the center portion. It softly seals around your neck while leaving either edge loose to drape at your sides or tuck up into the fitted sheet's hood to block drafts.
Thermally Mapped Baffles — We designed our quilts to maximize thermal efficiency, distributing down to provide the most warmth where it’s needed. Smaller baffles minimize down-shift, vertical baffles around the upper body prevent down from sliding, and horizontal baffles on the top of the foot box keep down from shifting with foot movement.
Purely Semi-Rectangular – The Light Quilt is purely semi-rectangular. This not only provides full coverage when used flat but completely eliminates the common hour-glassing pinch point issue that other quilts have when the foot box is formed. Rotate and move freely at night without the quilt grabbing and twisting around.
Quality Materials — The Light Quilts are filled with premium 800 fill-power HyperDRY™ down. This down uses a natural wax-based compound to make it water resistant. It is durable, fluorocarbon-free, and RDS (Responsible Down Standard) compliant.
Unconventional Fabric — Most ultralight quilt makers shed weight by making their fabric a thin and clingy 10d. We opted to find clever ways to ditch ounces while keeping the fabric a very soft, comfy, and durable 20d. 20d fabrics are much softer than traditional ultralight technical fabrics while only being a fraction heavier.

I have camped for years, and always used a sleeping bag. Until Nemo (Disco) and Feathered Friends finally made "women's bags," meaning they were somewhat wider where my knee could go, I slept poorly in the outdoors. Very poorly. But, along came Zenbivy with their Light Bed, and wow! Revolution! I really was hesitant about the whole quilt fanaticism people have lately, because I sleep really cold. But, my hatred of sleeping bags got me to try a Zenbivy Light Bed.(I paired it with my existing STS Ether Light XT pad). I'm so very glad I did. I had a chance to try it on a recent trip and it was marvelous. It is almost as good as sleeping in my bed at home. I used the "rectangular" footbox configuration, but the fully closed footbox would be good if it was colder. I have the Light Bed 25degree quilt, paired with the 10degree sheet. This wasn't by design, but just what was in stock. It worked great. The temperature got down to low forties (F) and I was plenty warm. I loved the flexibility of being able to treat it like a blanket early in the night, but later, being able to wrap it more around me for warmth. I do think that, for me, this system would only go down to a minimum of about 35degrees (not 25), but that's because I sleep cold. Maybe I will spring for the 10degree quilt at a later date. Until then, I love the Zenbivy Light Bed! I'm a convert and I see more and more people on forums commenting that they feel the same way. Thank you for making this product! Now, if it was only a tad lighter in weight...heh.
