It’s about time our legendary Pongee fabric made its debut in our bestselling bed. The Light Bed's NEW lightweight 25D Pongee liner feels like an actual soft liner, not a shell fabric, bringing just enough home-like comfort to the backcountry without a big weight penalty.

In 2025, all Zenbivy Pongee liners are DWR-free—a major step in our mission to create more natural, skin-friendly, and chemical-free outdoor gear. With our fabrics already coating-free, the only treatment we use is a PFOS-free DWR on shell fabrics.

Reimagined Light Sheets

  • Comfort-Mapped Fabrics

    The new 2025 Light Sheets are comfort-mapped with 25D Pongee to add comfort where you need it and 15D Nylon to save weight where you don't.

  • Two Sheet Styles

    Our full length sheets are back and here to stay. The Light Sheet Full Length offers maximum comfort and coverage, while the half length Light Sheet is lighter and more packable.

  • Simplified Sizing

    We made the choice to discontinue our 20" sheet. Our 25" sheets work on narrower mattresses and we find that most people are using a mattress 25" or wider. More space, more comfort!

To keep our Light Beds as light as possible, we balanced the new 25D Pongee liner with a 15D Nylon shell. The whole bed gets more comfortable and retains its low weight, making it the ultimate no-compromise backpacking bed.

    Unlike sewn footboxes that restrict your movement and do not vent, Zenbivy’s patent-pending Fast Footbox™ uses a single clip that allows it to expand for more space or narrow for more warmth.

  • Convertible Footbox

    The Light Quilt Convertible features a fully-convertible, zipperless, proven draft-free footbox for maximum versatility. Convertible quilts are compatible with our Duvet Covers for use at home.

  • Fixed Double Footbox

    The Light Quilt Double features a wide and spacious fixed footbox that allows you to tuck in on cold nights and still be able to naturally move your feet and sprawl or quickly "kick off the covers" if needed.

How our patented 2-piece design works to...

Block Drafts

Together, the hood and wings of the sheet create a draft shield. Attaching your quilt to the draft shield keeps it "tucked" at your sides to block drafts and guides the corners of the quilt into the hood to seal in warmth around your neck and shoulders.

& Eliminate Constriction

The sides of the draft shield function as hinges, allowing the quilt to move freely, expanding and settling naturally while keeping the quilt from falling off the mattress.

This unique design instantly gives you space when you need it and the ability to wrap the quilt snuggly around you when you want it.
