The sheet is sized to fit your mattress and the quilt is sized to fit you.
Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit. The chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper (i.e. someone that moves around a lot), you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because it is always free to wrap snuggly around you. Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.
Questions? We're happy to help. Let us know your height, weight, and general sleep style and we'll help you find the right size for you.
The sheet is sized to fit your mattress, whether it's one of ours or your current mattress. Our sheets fit both rectangular and tapered mattresses. Note on 4-inch mattresses: our sheets will fit 4-inch thick mattresses with rounded sides, but they do not work on 3D vertical side wall mattresses that are 4" or greater.
DESIGN UPDATE: We are currently in the process of transitioning our fitted sheets over to an adjustable design to accommodate different mattress lengths. These sheets will be named 20", 25", and 30".
20" sheets will fit mattresses up to 20" x 72" x 3.5"
25" sheets will fit mattresses up to 26" x 78" x 3.5" (including 25x72 mattresses!)
30" sheets will fit mattresses up to 30" x 80" x 3.5"
See measurements for max shoulder/hip/foot circumference of each size Bed, along with the dimensions of just the quilt itself.
Find your Bed on the image below and match it to its recommended Dry Sack size. Don't worry, with the recommended size there will still be room to throw in your Zenbivy pillow and even a down jacket. You can expect your Bed to compress down to about half the size of its recommended Dry Sack. (Ex: 7L compresses down to 3-4L, 10L down to 5L, etc)
Plan on backpacking with your Bed and want to maximize space in your pack? Grab both a Dry Sack and Compression Caps for compact, reliable, watertight compression.
The Zenbivy Dry Sack features fully-welded seams for a watertight seal you can trust, instant compression through its high-speed mechanical valve, and durable yet lightweight construction. Pair your Dry Sack with our Compression Caps to get an even more compact bundle.
Includes a Dry Sack and Compression Caps.
Fully Welded Seams — Sewn and taped seams leak and the taping degrades over time. Zenbivy Dry Sacks are fully welded for 100% dry seams that will remain watertight throughout their life.
Modular Compression — Sewn compression sacks pull on seams and compromise the dry sack's waterproof integrity. We’ve made ours compression compatible. Separate compression will never stress seams, resulting in a more reliably waterproof dry sack.
High-Speed Mechanical Valve — Waterproof breathable panels not only leak, but they are SLOW. Our high-speed mechanical valve instantly dumps air while remaining watertight for quick compression you can trust.
Lightweight and Durable — Other dry sacks on the market are either light OR durable. Zenbivy Dry Sacks are both. We’ve combined 30d ripstop nylon with a burlier 75d base to give strength where it's needed.

This is the king of stuff sacks. Lightweight material, optimal sizing, and the valve really comes in handy when using the caps.
Purchased the 7 liter caps for my 7 liter stuff sack and quilt. The construction is well made and the materials are high quality. The stitching is solid and compression is accomplished easily. I look forward to using this piece of gear for years to come.
I have 4 of these. I use them for my Zenbivy sleep systems as well as other backpacking items. The one way valve is fantastic and makes packing these into my backpack super easy. I also like the color options.
They work great,easy to use
I got the 10l bag and I am very impressed with how strong it is and how much it holds. Combined with the compression caps it makes short work of compressing the ZenBivy. The one-way valve for releasing air is very helpful.
