The Flex™ 3D Mattress is the ultimate ultra-comfortable basecamp mattress. It features the same 4-way stretch knit top that makes our original Flex™ Mattress so supportive and soft. The 3D shape makes it feel just like your home mattress, with a completely flat top and vertical side walls, packing 3 inches of self-inflating horizontally-cored foam to give you the most comfortable night's sleep possible.

Why is a 3D mattress superior? The completely flat top and vertical side wall make the Flex™ 3D Mattress feel like a real mattress. The top is usable from edge to edge and it cradles you like your mattress at home.
3" Thickness
A 3-inch thick mattress is the perfect height. It provides enough thickness for the mattress to feel bottomless in most every sleep position and it doesn't take up too much head room in your tent or car. It works everywhere! Even in smaller tents.
Supportive 4-way Stretch
The 4-way stretch fabric allows this mattress to “flex” with your shape and movement, so the top feels softer and more supportive than other camp mattresses—even at firm air pressures.
Inflation Storage Bag
The Flex™ 3D Mattresses include an Inflation Dry Sack for fast manual inflation. The sacks double as storage bags for the mattress.

Maiden Voyage
A group of friends planned a camping trip this year and all I could think about was how miserable I was last year trying to get a good night rest and how it ruined the rest of the trip. I was determined not to make the same mistake again, so I bought the Double Sleep system and the flex 3D Mattress for this trip. I have never been so comfortable as I was this trip. The temps were right at freezing but with the 25 degree quilt and the Flex 3D Mattress I slept like a baby. Side sleeping, on my stomach, it didn’t matter. Its well worth it so treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

So far so good. I will be using these for motorcycle camping have not got a chance to use it outdoors yet but I’ve used it for a week solid in the house on the floor and seems wonderful have no complaints or no regret great product!

I've done a fair amount of sleeping in tents using all different kinds of sleeping pads. I wanted something that would fit my partner and myself while car camping, but wasn't a blowup mattress, had a high enough R-value to keep warm in all 4 seasons, set up quickly and wasn't too bulky for packing in the car. This thing was fantastic upon first use. I'm hoping it holds up over time. The inflation sac helped inflate 50x77 size in about 5-7 minutes. Probably the most comfortable I've been camping in a tent. I couldn't feel it at all when my partner would move around or get out of the tent during the night. Stayed inflated for 2 days with no re-inflating necessary. Kept very warm, it was about 35 degrees out both nights. Pack up was extremely easy, deflates quickly and rolling it up was not a problem. I'm really looking forward to using this more often. It's definitely expensive, which is probably the only downside to this product. I shopped around for a bit before deciding on this. There are similar products for about the same price and a little lower but don't have the features of the 3-D Flex Mattress. I'm surprised I'm the first review here. If you're in the market for something like this, and don't mind the price tag, this thing is incredibly comfortable, easy to pack, set up and take down. The real test will be how long it lasts! I'll have to report back in a few years. Myself and my partner are both slimmer builds each at about 5'7'' tall. Fit us very comfortably with room to spare.
