  • What is covered under warranty

    Zenbivy branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. 

    If a Zenbivy branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

    This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

    Zenbivy’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Zenbivy-branded, even if packaged or sold with Zenbivy products. Non-Zenbivy-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please send us an email at friends@zenbivy.com with your order number (or first/last name) and photos of the defect/damage.

Depending on the issue, we may request more information but that will get us started. If an in-person inspection of the item is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to have you send it in for warranty review.

For issues covered under warranty, we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

Who covers shipping?

For warranty repairs, Zenbivy covers shipping both to and from the repair facility. If we determine that a replacement is necessary, Zenbivy covers shipping on the new order. 

Non-Warranty Repairs

Sewing repair service

For non-warranty sewing repairs we trust and recommend Rugged Thread, an outdoor gear repair shop based in Oregon. Their professional, top-notch repairs come with a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship. Click here to request a quote.

Please ensure your item is reasonably clean before sending it in for repair. Items that are determined to be too dirty to handle or repair will be sent back.

Turnaround times May-August: 3 weeks 
Turnaround time September-April: 4 weeks

Mattress repair service

For non-warranty mattress repairs, we recommend first trying to patch your mattress at home. Our repair guide can be found here

If you are unable to successfully repair the mattress yourself, email us at friends@zenbivy.com for a quote. Turnaround time for non-warranty mattress repairs is 4-6 weeks.

Who covers shipping?

For non-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for the shipping both to and from the repair facility. We strongly urge opting for tracking information as Zenbivy is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
