US Shipping

FedEx Ground

FedEx Ground orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-15 business days from the date of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday.

FREE ground shipping on US orders over $300 (before tax)

FedEx 2-Day Air

FedEx 2-Day Air orders placed before 10AM PT are processed and shipped the same business day. We do not guarantee same day processing or 2 business day delivery time once an order has shipped. 

We ship Monday through Friday. Express orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday.

Alaska/Hawaii

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS. We offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Express. Delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for import duty/tax. These fees are collect upon delivery, not at checkout.

Duty/Tax Policy - PLEASE READ

Depending on your location and order value, your order may be subject to import fees prior to delivery. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer prepay services at checkout or provide estimates for these fees. Please note that the declared value of your package is the full price value of the items.

International Economy

International Economy orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary greatly based on your location and customs, but typically packages arrive within 5-15 business days.

International Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within in 3-6 business days.

PO Boxes / General Delivery

Contiguous US - All orders ship via FedEx so we do not deliver to a PO Box or USPS location.

If you only have a PO Box or require General Delivery service to a USPS location, please email us at orders@zenbivy.com

Alaska and Hawaii - All orders ship via USPS and we can deliver to a PO Box.

International - All international orders ship with FedEx. We cannot deliver to an international PO Box. Entering a PO Box address at checkout may delay your order processing as we will need to get a new shipping address from you.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free ground shipping on US orders over $300 (before tax). Outside of that, US shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates are based on weight and may vary by location. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please check the spam/promotional folders of your inbox as well.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, reach out to us at orders@zenbivy.com. Unforeseen delays can happen, but this does not necessarily mean the package is lost! We ask for your patience as we work to locate the package with the carrier and try to get it moving for you.

In the event your package is determined to be lost in transit, the Zenbivy team will need to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf before issuing a replacement.

What if my package is stolen?

Zenbivy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery to the requested address has been provided by the carrier.
