Refund policy
Zenbivy Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition received.
- Tags must be attached. Please return original packaging elements whenever possible.
- Missing accessories originally included with the item may result in a deduction from your refund.
- Returns will be refused if any sewn-in law tags have been removed or cut off.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any return received damaged, dirty, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. We will contact you to provide photos and, at our discretion, either return the item to you or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
If an item arrives to you damaged or defective, it must be reported within the return window. A claim can be filed here.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping & Setting Up Your Return
US Customers
- Customers who purchased Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Customers who did not purchase Checkout+ are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Customers
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be shipped back to our warehouse in Boise Idaho (USA)
- Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) is not available for international customers.
- New international return portal coming soon! In the meantime, please email orders@zenbivy.com and we will set up the return on your behalf.
- Please note, exchanges are not available for international orders. If you would like a different item, size, or color, you must return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 3-10 business days from date of arrival at our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive an email with confirmation that your refund has been issued. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of us issuing it, please check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Otherwise, email us at orders@zenbivy.com
Sale items
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Zenbivy Pro purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
