Fast Footbox™

Unlike sewn footboxes that restrict your movement and do not vent, Zenbivy’s patent-pending Fast Footbox™ uses a single clip that allows it to expand for more space or narrow for more warmth.

The Light Quilt Convertible features a fully-convertible, zipperless, proven draft-free footbox for maximum versatility. Convertible quilts are compatible with our Duvet Covers for use at home.

Pertex® Quantum (10D)

Other backpacking quilts use thin, sticky fabrics that cling to you like plastic wrap in damp or warm conditions. To maximize comfort, Zenbivy Ultralight Quilts use premium “full-dull” 10D Pertex® Quantum. Feather-light and soft to the touch, it's fabric that feels like fabric, not a trash bag.
Pongee (25D, 50D)

Our legendary Pongee fabric feels like pure luxury at camp. It has a similar soft feel to a sheet you would use at home, bringing a familiar kind of comfort to camp.
Nylon (15D, 20D)

Nylon Taffeta makes a great shell fabric. It's buttery-smooth and durable.
