Domestic Shipping
US Ground orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-15 business days from the date of purchase.
We offer free shipping on US orders over $300.
FedEx 2-Day Air orders placed before 10AM PT are processed and shipped the same business day. We do not guarantee same-day processing or 2 business day delivery time once an order has shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday. Express orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday.
International Shipping
Depending on your location and order value, you may be subject to import fees prior to delivery. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer prepay services at checkout or provide estimates for these fees. Please note that the declared value of your package is the full price value of the items, even if purchased at a discounted price.

International Economy orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary greatly based on your location and customs, but typically packages arrive within 5-15 business days.
International Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within in 3-6 business days.
All international orders ship with FedEx. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery Issues
Lost in transit? Unforeseen delays may happen, but this does not necessarily mean the package is lost. We ask for your patience as we work to locate the package with the carrier and try to get it moving for you! In the event your package is determined to be lost in transit, the Zenbivy team will need to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf before issuing a replacement.
Stolen? Please note that Zenbivy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery to the requested address has been provided by the carrier. If you would like to request a signature for delivery please contact us at orders@zenbivy.com before placing your order.
