Domestic Shipping
US Ground orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-15 business days from the date of purchase.
2-Day Air orders arrive in 2-3 business days. We do not guarantee same-day processing or 2 business day delivery time once an order has shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday. Express orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday.
International Shipping
Depending on your location and order value, you may be subject to import fees prior to delivery. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer prepay services at checkout or provide estimates for these fees. Please note that the declared value of your package is the full price value of the items, even if purchased at a discounted price.

UPS Worldwide Expedited orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary greatly based on your location and customs, but typically packages arrive within 5-15 business days.
UPS Worldwide Express Saver orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within in 3-6 business days. Delivery times may vary.
All international orders ship with UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery Issues
Customers who purchase Checkout+ Package Protection at checkout are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and will receive a replacement if any of these issues occur. A claim can be filed here.
If Checkout+ is not selected, Zenbivy is not responsible for stolen packages. Lost or damaged shipments will only be eligible for replacement once a carrier claim has been filed and approved.
Tracking delays? Unforeseen delays may happen, but this does not necessarily mean the package is lost. We ask for your patience as we work to locate the package with the carrier and try to get it moving for you.
