The sheet is sized to fit your mattress and the quilt is sized to fit you.
Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit.The chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper (i.e. someone that moves around a lot), you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because it is always free to wrap snuggly around you.Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.

Reliably comfortable, warm, and durable, the Base Mattress is perfect for any car camping or backpacking trip and is a great option if you’re upgrading from a closed-cell mattress or buying your first camp pad.
The most comfortable camp mattress ever designed. Our 4-way stretch fabric allows this mattress to “flex” with your shape and movement, so the top feels softer and more supportive than other camp mattresses - even at firm air pressures.
Amazing! I was skeptical and was going to freeze. Rookie on leaving it until you get to camp to pull it out with no signal to read the instructions. But I was toastie warm and pleasantly surprised. Well worth the money.
I finally was able to use my Motobed for a 2-night camping trip and it did really well. It does take a little more travel space but that was expected. I slept comfortably in 43 degree temps with nothing else needed. I'm really happy with my purchase and look forward to using it for several other trips planned for this year!
I have slept on this a few times now.
It's easy to set up and take down. It doesn't take a lot of breath to blow it up. I was able to get it back into the bag when I reversed the plug to deflate.
My mobility in the bag was great and I was comfortable the whole night.
My only complaint is that is still has the slippery, sleeping bag sound. For some reason, I thought the differentiated material inside would be more like jersey material and therefore quieter.
A few thoughts-
It is more comfortable than my regular mattress.
The quilt design really does work like magic, keeping me warm, without drafts, without constrictions.
The pillow pocket kept my arm warm. I hug my pillow and sleep on my stomach or side.
I'm still laying here and don't want to get out of bed.
