Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend for you. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit. Please note that the chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper, you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy Bed because it is always free to wrap snugly around you. Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm. Questions? We're happy to help. Send us an email with your height, weight, and general sleep style and we'll help you find the right size for you.

All-Season Warmth - Only mattresses with an R-value 5 or greater will meet the thermal performance of EN-rated sleeping bags. Most mattresses on the market today that are advertised as “3-season” do not provide the warmth required to match EN-rated bags. The Zenbivy Light Mattress has an R-value 5+ for EN-matched performance and all-season warmth: no cold spots.
Quiet Comfort - No crinkly chip bag sounds here! With 180g of fully baffled synthetic insulation, the Zenbivy Light Mattress is quiet and built for undisturbed sleep.
Fast Inflation - The included oversized dry sack is sized perfectly for the fastest inflation time and doubles as fully-welded storage to keep the mattress reliably dry on the trail.
Smart Valve - The one-way reversible valve keeps air in while inflating and allows for customizable comfort with its slow-deflation "button”. When it's time to pack up, the entire valve pops out for instant, hassle-free deflation.
Light and Soft - The soft 20d polyester taffeta shell is comfortable enough to sleep on directly while still being durable and lightweight, making it the ideal mattress for backcountry trips.

Extremely comfortable and warm for a chronically cold sleeper. Takes about 15 bags of air to inflate so not slow but not quick either. I little bigger and heavier then my other pads but worth the weight for the comfort to me.
After trying many many mats this year.. I just couldn’t get the mats firm enough or stop the hip and back pain…
Then I got a zen bivvi light mattress and absolutely love sleeping on it, can make it really firm and get no pain sleeping now…
So I haven't had a chance to use it YET as the season for me is just getting close to beginning. I just blew it up with the bag & it was incredibly easy!! I love the soft feel to this pad and I am SO stoked to use it on trail!
I really notice the R-value and had no problems with a cold bottom. I also like the vertical baffles. I have a Lawson Hammock and this helps provide a little longitudinal rigidity to the hammock which helps since I side-sleep. My spouse has a thermarest neo-air with horizontal baffles. This one weighs slightly more but packs about the same size and I think is a little sturdier. I've gone all in with the full setup - pad, sheet and quilt - and love it all.
