The Light Bed bundle is ideal for avid backpackers looking for both comfort and versatility at the lowest possible weight and bulk. This bundle includes everything you need for your perfect night's sleep.
Select your sizes/colors. We recommend the 7L Dry Sack & Caps for all sizes of the Light Bed 25°.
Need help with sizing? Take a look at our size guide. When in doubt: size up. Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.
Our 2-piece ultralight sleeping bag combines the warmth and draft-free performance of a mummy bag with the luxurious comfort of a backpacking quilt. It's built to feel like your bed at home with a sheet below you and a quilt above so you can get a comfortable, natural night's sleep outdoors without the constriction of a mummy bag.
The Fast Footbox™ is our simplest, lightest, and quickest. With a single clip and minimal fuss, it easily converts from warm “mummy mode” to spacious “wide mode”.
In addition to both mummy and wide modes, our Convertible Footbox also unclips to lay completely flat. The Convertible Footbox provides maximum versatility in warmer temperatures and when used with accessories.
The Light Quilt uses a series of color-coded hooks and loops to form the footbox and attach the quilt to the sheet. This not only sheds the weight of heavy zippers, but gives you more versatility in how you choose to clip it!
The Light Quilt features a 3/4-length baffle-backed drawstring on the top edge. Unlike traditional backpacking quilts that have a drawstring spanning the entire width, the shortened cord length on the Zenbivy quilt cinches only the center portion, softly sealing around your neck without shortening the overall usable width of the quilt.
No thin, clingy 10d fabrics here. We found more clever ways to ditch ounces while keeping the fabric a very smooth, comfy, and durable 20d.
The Light Quilts use top-shelf 800 fill-power HyperDRY™ down, using a natural wax-based compound to make it water resistant. It is durable, fluorocarbon-free, and RDS (Responsible Down Standard) compliant.
By clipping the Light Quilt to the hinged “wings” of the Light Sheet, it's free to get wider where and when you need it to while preventing any possible drafts from the sides as you move. Then, just as instantly, the quilt "settles" to wrap snuggly around you.
Tuck in under the sheet's large hood to keep your head warm on cold nights. It's roomy and wide enough to fit the arms of stomach sleepers as well! The integrated hood doubles as a cubby to keep your camp pillow from wandering off in the middle of the night.
The Light Sheets are made with 20d nylon taffeta. This 20d fabric is buttery-soft and smooth against your skin. It's more comfortable than sleeping directly on the mattress and, as a bonus, it helps to keep your mattress cleaner for longer!
The only lightweight all-season mattress that is quiet, easy to inflate, and WARM. The Light Mattress is built for undisturbed sleep with 180g of fully-baffled synthetic insulation. No crinkly chip bag sounds and no cold spots!
Includes an Inflation Dry Sack for fast, breath-free manual inflation and waterproof storage.
The 2-piece design of the Light Pillow is both lighter and more comfortable than other pillows on the market. Plus, the separate pillowcase is easy to wash and provides enough space to stuff extra clothing items inside to dial-in the softness and height at which you sleep best!
The Light Bed Bundle includes a Dry Sack and Compression Caps for compact, reliable, watertight compression.
We recommend a 7L Dry Sack for all sizes of the Light Bed 25°. You can expect it to compress down to about half the size of the Dry Sack itself.
*Fits the quilt, sheet, and pillow. Mattress rolls and packs separately.
Just finished 7 nights on the Wonderland Trail w/ the ZENBIVY light 25 degree, and I am one happy camper. Most bed-like backcountry sleeping experience I’ve found so far. I’ve used quilts for some time now, but the magic of this system is the integrated hood—it’s just a really well thought out design and it works really, really well. Super cozy, comfy backcountry sleeping experience!
Used my new Zenbivy for the first time on a 3 day backcountry outing. I stayed perfectly warm and slept amazing. Waking up feeling refreshed and ready for the day was awesome. I definitely recommend this sleep system.
I have tried almost everything from sleeping bags and regular quilts to hammocks. Nothing really was very comfortable to me as a very "active" sidesleeper. Sleeping bags are too restrictive to me, and with regular quilts I would constantly wake up to cold drafts as I constantly toss and turn asleep, even with pad straps. I thought about ordering zenbivy bed for quite some time, given that products from US are quite expensive for an European person with all the customs and international shipping costs adding to the cost. Well, I finally pulled the trigger prior to my 4 week summer vacation hiking in Norway this summer. I have never been more happy about a gear before, and definately recommend this to everyone who have had trouble sleeping well on the trail. The quilt is extremely comfortable and doesn't restrict me bending my knees at all, even in the tightest footbox configuration! I also love so much the versatility of the convertible footbox and the ability to use the quilt as a blanket during warmer nights. It came in very handy as temperatures in Norway change very much depending on altitude and weather. I used the quilt in temperatures from 5C to 20C during my trip and it was just perfect. During the trip the only issue I ever had was that now that my quilt allowed me to properly bend my knees, I realized that a 25inch wide pad is not the perfect for me (even though it is still quite comfortable) as I am 186cm tall and have rather long legs. After the trip I decided to order also the 30inch sheet and a Big Agnes Boundary Deluxe extra wide pad to go with it. They arrived this week and I slept few test nights with them and now I can say with confidence that I have achieved perfection with my sleep system. I am extremely anxious to go hiking soon just because I know I am going to sleep like a baby! I absolutely think that the weight difference compared to lighter quilts and sleeping bags are justified by the comfort and versatility of this quilt.
I bought the light bed for a 12 day thru-hiking trip, and it was the best purchase I made. The enitre system came in just around 4lbs which is amazing for whole sleep systems, and the small size it compresses down to is incredible. We were carrying everything we needed in our packs, including 5-6L of water, and food drops every 3 days so this system took up a very small part of my pack, keeping it managable for a not so big person! I cannot sleep in a mummy bag as a side sleeper and needed to ensure I was warm and comfortable over the entire trip and at elevation. The 25 degree bag and system worked perfectly; quick set up, take down and the ideal temp control. This is an investment in comfort and weight, and is worth every penny, especially if you struggle sleeping while on the trail. Thank you Zenbivy.
I bought the 25deg quilt + 10deg sheet + light mattress for Overland Track, Tasmania for late March 2021 (our Autumn). Used it again in March 2022. Both times I slept like a log on my side - in our Mont tent (huts are available and now quite luxurious). Supposed to have a -10deg Celsius sleep system but I added a S2S thermo liner which used on the sub-zero (Celsius) nights. Can’t rave enough about the comfort and quality of my sleep. Will not go back to sleeping bag.
