The sheet is sized to fit your mattress and the quilt is sized to fit you.
Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit.The chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper (i.e. someone that moves around a lot), you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because it is always free to wrap snuggly around you.Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.

Pairing your Core Quilt with one of our Core Sheets allows you to fully "tuck in" when temperatures drop. Hooking the quilt to the fitted sheet protects against drafts and keeps you (and your quilt) on the mattress. Plus, the hood acts as a cubby to keep your pillow in place all night long.
The Core Sheet Uninsulated features an uninsulated hood. It's lighter than the insulated version and perfect for warmer trips or combined with an insulated hooded jacket.
Includes the Core Sheet Uninsulated. Quilt, mattress, and accessories sold separately.
Zipperless Configuration — Each Core Sheet is equipped with perfectly placed hooks so you can configure your Core Quilt to it to best suit your needs. Fully clip in on cold nights or leave it partially open to allow a cooling draft.
Roomy, Integrated Hood — Tuck the corners of the Core Quilt up into the sheet's integrated hood to block drafts on cold nights. The hood also keeps your pillow from wandering away in the middle of the night!
Soft, Durable Fabric — To maximize comfort, the Core Sheet features our legendary soft sheet-like 50d Pongee.
Adjustable Strap — The Core Sheet features an adjustable clip strap on the back to keep the sheet snug and secure on your mattress.
