Best bag I've had in 20 years of guiding

I've been guiding raft and canoe trips for 20 years now and this bag is the best I've used and seen. So comfy to sleep in - the lining on the inside is super soft and comfy; the bag itself just gives me tons of options to move around and find the best position and also to regulate my temperature based on the weather. I'm stoked that I bought the Zenbivy bed!

BEST sleeping bag!! my comfort blanket

I bought the 23 degree bed set two years ago when they went on sale. I bought it for an 11 month overseas trip and it became my comfort blanket since it was also a comfy quilt. I used it from cool winter temps to 70 degree african nights. It is so temperature regulating and does not hold smells (I didn't wash it for the whole trip). I could not talk enough about this bag to all my squadmates, and two others had different variations of the bag. WE LOVED IT!! Whether used for sleeping at night (having the sheet stay connected to the mattress is HUGE) or just grabbing it to go snuggle during teamtime. It is amazing. I still use it as a throw blanket in my cabin, and will be using it for backpacking adventures here in Alaska. I would LOVE to get the 10 degree bag someday so I can use it more up here in the cold. I work at an outdoor sports store, and end up talking about this bag to my customers instead of the others. I am also a side/back/stomach sleeper which is one reason I loved the quilt idea, and if you can't tell already, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SYSTEM!!! ps I also washed it when I came home (with nikwax down wash), and air dried it in the sun afterwards, fluffing it up once in a while to help it grow. too easy!

The bag of my dreams

This bag is exactly what I was looking for: versatile, multi season, fit my sleeping pad, and was quality so I would have it for years. I am new to backpacking but not camping and after researching and camping with a friend who had this bag, I bought it. My friend is very particular and does not enjoy camping and there were no complaints so that’s a huge deal and this bag was the reason. Good gear is essential and an investment. The materiality is quality and light weight, zippers are great and the head section that is insulated fits me well and doesn’t make me feel trapped. I’m an active sleeper and I love being able to adjust my bag and still be covered. I also like the fact that you have the option to spot clean the sheet between seasonal cleaning without impacting an entire bag.

A very comfortable sleep system.

I’m impressed with the materials, construction, weight and comfort my new Zenbivy Bed provides. I can’t see myself going back to a regular sleeping bag and I’m now thinking of getting the synthetic version for warmer temps. Highly recommended.

Best of both worlds.

I'm a side sleeper, so I find mummy bags claustrophobic and uncomfortable. Sometimes, being wrapped up in a cocoon of a mummy bag isthe best way to stay warm though. My wife and I both picked up the Zenbivy package when they first came out. We'll never look back. This thing was a game changer for us. It's whatever you need it to be in a matter of minutes. Need a down quilt? Just unzip it from your mattress cover and open the footbox. It's now a soft blanket you can use just like your comforter. Temperature dropping rapidly and you need to tuck in? Reattach your quilt to the bed and zip yourself in. It's so much more comfortable than a mummy. The little pillow pocket on the sheet is a wonderful idea. Inflatable pillows tend to wander off when you're sleeping. I really recommend this for backpackers who find traditional bags uncomfortable. The down is lofty and the material the bed is made from has a very silky texture. Slipping in to your tent at the end of a long day becomes a reward.
