The sheet is sized to fit your mattress and the quilt is sized to fit you.
Locate your height on the ruler below to see which size quilt and sheet/mattress we recommend. Ideally, you'll want to fall somewhere in the middle of the range. If you find yourself in the yellow, you'll probably want to size up for the most comfortable fit.The chart below is based on the average weight for each height. Also note that if you are an "active" or "wide" sleeper (i.e. someone that moves around a lot), you may want to consider sizing up to allow yourself more space to sleep naturally.
When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there is no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because it is always free to wrap snuggly around you.Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.

Our sheets fit both rectangular and tapered mattresses.Note on 4-inch mattresses:our sheets will fit 4-inch thick mattresses withroundedsides, but they do not work on 3D vertical side wall mattresses that are 4" or greater.
DESIGN UPDATE: We are currently in the process of transitioning our fitted sheets over to an adjustable design to accommodate different mattress lengths. These sheets will be named 20", 25", and 30".

All-Season Warmth — Only mattresses with an R-value 5 or greater will meet the thermal performance of EN-rated sleeping bags. Most mattresses on the market today that are advertised as “3-season” do not provide the warmth required to match EN-rated bags. The Zenbivy Light Mattress has an R-value 5+ for EN-matched performance and all-season warmth: no cold spots.

Off road motorcycling riding with camping in Wyoming (1,400 miles) and 5 night in the bag was a real-world test that confirmed my choice of this system, in the 10 degree version and XL size (I am 6'2") was right. I slept through every night which was not at all expected, because I am old.
Tip: sleep ***** and in a mummy fleece as a 'sheet.' It's way comfortable and protects the system's materials from your body.
Great mattress which sleeps very comfy and warm. No pressure points at all. I've got the 30x80 (for comfort) and the 77x25 (to fit my 2 person 50 inch wide tent with my buddy) -
both with no regrets... Super comfy and the best nights sleep I've ever got outdoors.
For the record: I use both with the light bed 25 for trekking and hiking...
