Pairing your Core Quilt with one of our Core Sheets allows you to fully "tuck in" when temperatures drop. Hooking the quilt to the fitted sheet protects against drafts and keeps you (and your quilt) on the mattress. Plus, the hood acts as a cubby to keep your pillow in place all night long.
Includes the Core Sheet Insulated. Quilt, mattress, and accessories sold separately.
The sheet’s integrated hood insulates your head and arms and keeps your pillow in place throughout the night.
Our sheets are designed to fit most standard size mattresses on the market—both rectangular AND tapered styles! They are available in 20", 25", and 30" widths. See our full size guide for specifics on sheet/mattress sizing.
This bed (the warmest rated option) is absolutely not ment for winter camping. Early October is the latest I would recommend this package for. This is a late spring or summer product only. And make sure you get the widest mat that is possible to fit in the sheet liner, otherwise you will have a horrible sleep. This bed would be great for summer with a wide mat.
Hi Sasha, Thank you for your feedback! The Core Bed 10° has a limit rating of 10°F and a comfort rating of 20°F when paired with an R5 or higher mattress. It's suitable for winter in a lot of regions, though certainly not for areas that get below 10°F.
Loved this think sleeping in the backcountry isn’t my favorite thing about going to the mountains but with the core bed it was a treat
Now I wasn’t a big fan of the pillow and flex 3d. But the fitted sheet and core quilt is amazing. Super comfy and warm.
So far, so good! As a 6'7"/250 lbs side-sleeper, I've been camping in my 1980's era XL Hollofill 2 sleeping bag out of necessity, but it's always been snug. At various points over the years, I've tried upgrading, but everything available was too tight in the shoulders/hips, or my feet/head would get pushed together if I tried to stretch out. Finally decided to try the Zenbivy XL Core Synthetic 25 with the 30x80 sheet paired with the ALPS Mountaineering Nimble Insulated pad. Haven't been outside yet, but it's an absolute dream combo on the hardwood floor at my parent's house. (Curse you brother, for taking the bed! :) ) But the joke's on him, this is almost as good as a bed. Looking forward to seeing how it performs outdoors in a couple months at the next Scout campout.
Nice product combination, definitely very convenient and useful for backpacking. Overall I'm plenty satisfied
