On the chart below, locate your height and overarm measurement. To get your overarm measurement, stand with your hands by your sides and measure around the broadest part of your chest and arms.
Regular, Large, and XL refer to the quilt size 20", 25", and 30" refer to the sheet size
If you are an "active" sleeper or have a "wide" sleep position, consider sizing up to accommodate your sleep style. When in doubt, size up. Unlike mummy bags, there's no thermal disadvantage to a larger size Zenbivy because the quilt is always free to wrap snuggly around you. Bigger is always more comfortable and just as warm.
Sheet & Mattress Sizing
Zenbivy sheets are designed to fit most standard size mattresses on the market, in both rectangular and tapered styles.

Find your Bed on the image below and match it to its recommended Dry Sack size. Don't worry, with the recommended size there will still be room to throw in your Zenbivy pillow and even a down jacket.
You can expect your Bed to compress down to abouthalfthe size of its recommended Dry Sack.Example: 7L compresses down to 3-4L, 10L down to 5L, etc
Pairing your Core Quilt with one of our Core Sheets allows you to fully "tuck in" when temperatures drop. Hooking the quilt to the fitted sheet protects against drafts and keeps you (and your quilt) on the mattress. Plus, the hood acts as a cubby to keep your pillow in place all night long.
Includes the Core Sheet Insulated. Quilt, mattress, and accessories sold separately.
Zipperless Configuration — Each Core Sheet is equipped with perfectly placed hooks so you can configure your Core Quilt to it to best suit your needs. Fully clip in on cold nights or leave it partially open to allow a cooling draft.
Roomy, Integrated Hood — The spacious rectangular hood provides restriction-free warmth for your head and arms, and it doubles as a cubby to keep your pillow from wandering away in the middle of the night!
Soft, Durable Fabric — To maximize comfort, the Core Sheet features our legendary soft sheet-like 50D Pongee.
Adjustable Strap — The Core Sheet features an adjustable clip strap on the back to keep the sheet snug and secure on your mattress.
Synthetic Insulation — Our 1D/3D XD synthetic insulation in the hood is so soft you'll swear it's down.

The Core Quilt is Zenbivy's simplest, softest, and most affordable backpacking quilt. Without zippers or a complex convertible footbox, the Core Quilt's simple patent-pending Fast Footbox™ utilizes just one hook to quickly transform the footbox from warm "mummy mode" to spacious “wide mode". The soft 50D Pongee liner and supple new 30D Taffeta shell provide maximum home-like comfort in the backcountry. Available in affordable 650-fill down and synthetic options.
This bed (the warmest rated option) is absolutely not ment for winter camping. Early October is the latest I would recommend this package for. This is a late spring or summer product only. And make sure you get the widest mat that is possible to fit in the sheet liner, otherwise you will have a horrible sleep. This bed would be great for summer with a wide mat.
Thank you for your feedback! The Core Bed 10° has a limit rating of 10°F and a comfort rating of 20°F when paired with an R5 or higher mattress. It's suitable for winter in a lot of regions, though certainly not for areas that get below 10°F.
Loved this think sleeping in the backcountry isn’t my favorite thing about going to the mountains but with the core bed it was a treat
So far, so good!
As a 6'7"/250 lbs side-sleeper, I've been camping in my 1980's era XL Hollofill 2 sleeping bag out of necessity, but it's always been snug. At various points over the years, I've tried upgrading, but everything available was too tight in the shoulders/hips, or my feet/head would get pushed together if I tried to stretch out.
Finally decided to try the Zenbivy XL Core Synthetic 25 with the 30x80 sheet paired with the ALPS Mountaineering Nimble Insulated pad.
Haven't been outside yet, but it's an absolute dream combo on the hardwood floor at my parent's house. (Curse you brother, for taking the bed! :) ) But the joke's on him, this is almost as good as a bed.
Looking forward to seeing how it performs outdoors in a couple months at the next Scout campout.
